Only in my Head!

Most psychologists are trained to "look" at what is "inside" your head. Meaning they might miss the "messages" your body is also telling you. 

My approach is global, taking an overall "look" at the "whole package"! 

Yes, if you have allergies it might also mean that you have an over protective and smothering mother but it also definitely means that you have a biological terrain that is just "waiting" for the conditions to be "perfect"!

Theses conditions have, in my perspective, lots to do... with a lot of things! And I think that that is true for a lot of mental and physical endeavors. A multitude of variable that influence, at various levels and in various degrees.

It is not enough to have a cell in trouble (due to cancer) since we have those all the time. The "trick" lies in understanding why it is not "eliminated" naturally and in reverse goes on "creating" more nearby.

The emotional surroundings, the nutritional baggage, the physical conditions, etc all play "a part" in the whole thing.

It takes more work than just looking "at your head" and at the emotional repertoire you usually use but then again the "quick fix" has to be quick! (and lasting!)
